Saturday, June 20, 2015, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
We have all heard that water is a valuable resource, a necessity for all living creatures. With more demand on our water supplies (including well water), it is our responsibility as gardeners to use it wisely. So the topic of our next garden talk is Water-Wise gardening.
We are pleased to welcome Brenda Falk of Tanglebank Gardens who will speak with us about watering our plots wisely.
When is the best time to water?
How much water do the plants need?
What are the best watering techniques?
And much, much more!!
Brenda will also have some demos to help us grow a bountiful harvest.
