Re-registration dates for members (who currently have a plot) are:
First Date: Saturday, September 28
Time: 10:30 am to 12:00 noon
Location: In the greenhouse at the Abbotsford Community Garden
Note: the draw for the nine new plots will take place at 10:15 am. Deadline to enter is midnight September 26, 2019.
Second Date: Saturday, October 5
Time: 11:00 am to 12 noon
Location: In the greenhouse at the Abbotsford Community Garden
- Your in-kind hours are part of the cost of renting a plot. If you have not completed these hours for the 2019 season, you will not be eligible to re-register for next year.
- Print pages 1, 2 and 3 of the Abbotsford Community Garden Agreement, read them carefully, fill in the blanks and sign each page. Bring all three pages with you for re-registration.
- If you line up without a completed form, you will have to step out of line to complete it so that other members are not kept waiting.
- Registration must be done in person, whether by yourself or a friend. Forms left in the greenhouse or anywhere else will not be accepted.
- At least once a year, members should review the full ACG guidelines. Go to the Resources page of our website to read the Abbotsford_Community_Garden_Agreement_Supplement_Guide.pdf.
Registration for new members takes place in the spring.
